This was our first time to the Big Island and we had lots of recommendations from friends to stay in the condos at Wailualua and did we ever get lucky with this particular unit - it was absolutely perfect. Spotless when we arrived, the condo contained everything youd need for a wonderful vacation. Beds were comfortable, lovely bathrooms and furnishings, they supplied really everything we needed - the kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities- everything was new and in excellent condition. We loved the view and hanging out on the lanai. We also loved that you could purchase a resort pass and access both the Mauna Kea Resort as well as the Westin Hapuna Beach. It was wonderful and we cant wait to get back! Donna was great to work with - so happy we found this bit of paradise!

Nice home with updated appliances and television. Home is safe and quiet with a relatively private back yard and pool with hot tub. We had a small glitch with the hot tub heater for a couple of days, but our host, Donna, was very responsive and the problem was resolved. Otherwise, everything was in working order. We would certainly return if the home is available for rent.

The team did a great job leading up to the stay! Communicating the right amount at the right time. We had no issues at the property but did reach out a few times with questions and the team was immediately responsive!

The Villa is amazing and had everything we needed or wanted. Our group loved everything from the master suites with outdoor showers, lounging outside in the pools, our kids spent every chance they could in the pools. Grilling with the amazing Wolf Infrared Grill poolside is super nice. Lastly, we also enjoyed the additional access amenity to the Westin/Mauna Kea Resort. The convince to be able to be a Mauna Kea Resort guest is such a benefit and well worth the additional cost. We cant wait to come back again in the future

It was a pleasure working with Donna. I had several questions and concerns and they were all answered quickly.

We enjoyed the pool and spa. Cooked several meals in the kitchen. Gorgeous view from the lanai. Great location to get to Waimea for the farmers markets. Very quiet and relaxing property. One of the best vacations we done.

We have stayed in a number of condos specifically at Mauna Lani Terraces, and this unit was by far one of the nicest and cleanest we've stayed in. We hope to return!

Donna was responsive and attentive. We had a smoke detector fail; she got it fixed. We left some items on property; she sent them to us promptly. Check-in information was clear, and complete - and came with a complimentary bottle of wine. (Thank you Donna!). We'll stay here again, and we're looking forward to doing so!

We had an A+ stay, and we're looking forward to our next stay. We even made friends with the neighbors downstairs, who have same aged children as ours.

Very personal and easy to deal with. Quick to text and email. The home we rented was just as advertised and was perfect for our group.

Large house with private heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked so don't need to waste precious dollars at store for staples. Beds were comfy, linens and towels very clean. We didn't have any complaints. Positive experience all around.

Everyone that we dealt with was fantastic! Everyone was helpful, and responded to any questions or concerns we had in a very timely manner. Our liaison, Donna was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us, even "after hours". She helped get us back to our 1st rental when the road was closed, giving us perfect directions! She found a second home for us, averting an absolute disaster of us having to cut our vacation short (because we couldn't go to Maui for our 2nd week in Hawaii), and made our 25th Wedding Anniversary Trip a great success, with so much less stress and anxiety! Thank you all for an amazing, memorable trip!

When the devastating fires ravaged through Lahaina in Maui, we were staying in another property in the Mauna Kea Resort. After some frantic phone calls, we were luckily able to rent another home -MH 16 - for our second week in Hawaii, for what was supposed to be our week in Maui. At the end of our first week, we moved from the first home into MH 16, and we were not disappointed!! This home was just beautiful (as was the first rental home we stayed in)! The home was very clean and comfortable, and the lanai and pool (and sunset views) were amazing! If we ever have the opportunity to come back, we will definitely look into staying in this home again! There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this home.

We interacted with Donna and have nothing but high praise for her at all stages of the process.

This amazing property gave us a wonderful holiday. The location was perfect, and the 180 degree view of the ocean was a constant delight. We are a multi-generational group, and the facilities were perfect for the 6 of us. The decor and cleanliness of the entire property is of the highest quality. The house is arranged beautifully to allow lots of interaction and fun times, and yet large enough to insure space and quiet times for everyone. Access to the amenities package for the Mauna Kea and Hapuna resort areas was a huge advantageyou are just a scant few minutes from one of the most fabulous beaches in the world. It could not be more convenient.

I also cannot say enough about the high quality of the property management. Donna Brucato was always responsive to the needs of our family and prompt with responses to any inquiries. The younger members of our group, ages 3 and 11, are already asking when we are coming back. We are all looking forward to it.

B2 was an extremely well equipped property, and I hope to stay there again.

Donna is fabulous! She is always responsive and helpful. Beyond making booking easy, she helped us get groceries delivered to the house, got us a new toaster within an hour when it broke, had great suggestions for things to do and was always a text away.

The house was great. It had 4 nice bedrooms for our whole family and a ton of space. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The pool was really nice sized and it had a grea hot tub. There were a few small things that needed fixing, but Donna was on it right away with no issue. We loved our trip!

Donna is the best

I looked at a lot of properties when I was planning this trip. I decided on this house because of the pool and hot tub. They did not disappoint. House is furnished with everything you would need (from a-z). The kitchen has everything for a culinary delight. Bedroom suites are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor furniture is perfect for hanging out, having dinner and star gazing. It is very quiet and peaceful.. House is beautifully landscaped! We would totally return.

Your team was very professional and easy to work with. We always received quick responses from our texts, emails or VRBO site messages. When I had trouble getting a response from housekeeping, I let you know and was suggested to send a text instead of a call, which eventually worked, but your team member also said that she/he would also contact housekeeping for me. That was nice--I felt like I had back-up.

This unit is beautiful, comfortable and well-supplied. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!
